After Narcissistic abuse, what about you? So much focus in continually on trying to understand or decipher the borderline or the narcissist. This keeps the healing focus you need off of you. That's counter-productive to healing and recovery. The road less traveled to healing psychological trauma involves understanding how your emotions are bound to the abuser and the abuse and the meaning that you have understandably given to those powerfully painful emotions. Finding meaning and pursuing healing by learning Emotional Mastery means beginning to create the necessary separation from your original (understandable) powerful negative emotions from the trauma and that helps you separate those powerful emotions from the trauma and process them in a new way, a healing way.
