‘It’s time to play hardball with the Senate’: Rep. Norman talks urgency to finish spending bills

Representative Ralph Norman (R-SC) says Republicans need to urge Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) to demand the House’s top-line spending levels in budget negotiations with Senate Democrats. “Hopefully Mike Johnson will relay this to the powers that be in the Senate and walk away,” Rep.
