BPD or NPD - How Can I Humiliate Them?

I wrote in answer to this question on quora.com and I wanted to share not only what I wrote there, but, what I also have to add here in answer to this question, that resonates with so many people after a Narcissist. Will humiliating the narcissist or borderline be helpful? Is any actual action of revenge or creating a fresh narc injury doable in consideration of yourself first. Is it just a healthy, fantasy only as you work through your pain and anger?
