Lucinda Bassett is a pioneer in helping people with anxiety and depression. She shares so wisely I did this interview with Lucinda Bassett authors of several books, creator of the Midwest Center for Anxiety and now also Depression. This interview was recorded in 2011 at the time Lucinda has a new book out, called, "The Solution" and after "the perfect storm" of tragedy in her life forced her to use all her previously learned anxiety skills and then some to grow through a 3 year period of the death of 3 people in her life. This was originally aired on blogtalkradio and I'm up-loading these audio interviews here.
