Philadelphia Escapee on the loose

In Philadelphia, a search is in progress for 34-year-old fugitive Gino Hagenkotter, who eluded authorities while on duty. Hagenkotter made his escape from the orchard behind the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center where he was working, according to officials.
