Healthy Eating Habits for Your Pets this Holiday

Published November 20, 2017

Rumble November is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month and each one of us plays an important part in the fight against prostate cancer.  Prostate Cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in men. Earlier this month, Green Bay wide receiver Jeff Janis and Green Bay Packers Hall of Famer and Super Bowl Champion Dorsey Levens  and Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Network kicked-off Green Gold & Growing, a prostate cancer public awareness campaign. Healthy eating for our pets is always important – and just like with humans, temptations are all around during the holidays. Joining us to discuss healthy food and treat options, along with some pet-friendly people food that is okay, are Leann Boucha and Jen Smieja from HAWS. HAWS is offering great classes this winter to keep your pet active! See below for dates and times and for more information, visit HAWSpets.org.
