A video answering a question for BPD Loved Ones (ex's) and those with BPD. From the middle of seeming impossibility we need to humanize not pathologize the reality of what Borderline Personality DIsorder really is and means in the human context of individuals who are diagnosed with it and recovery is so possible. BPD is what I call "childhood onset" CPTSD and it is time to reframe it entirely in the service of helping people heal this very real pain that has a very real human context.
