Congratulations to my martial arts students that were promoted recently

Here recently, I promoted several students in the Art of Jinen-Do. Most of them have been with me for several years, and I am proud to be their instructor.
I don't take rank lightly. I believe in seeing what My students real capability is, and placing the burden of rank on them, to force them to work harder, and measure up to that new position.
I am not any other instructor, so I don't follow any other style or systems dogma, to fit in with them. I see potential, spirit, dedication, and the hard work that each student displays, while knowing that we are all different and unique, so, I judge my students on their own individual merits.
