Former Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque is urging media practitioners to unite in support of Sonshine Media Network International or SMNI amid threats to revoke its franchise, which he considers an attack on press freedom.
Atty. Roque also warned of a possible chilling effect that this would have, on free speech.
