2nd Ammendment rights continue to be under attack!

Vince Ricci, a NYC transplant to LA was coming home from the gym November 4 when two armed men tried to force their way through his front door. Ricci, an concealed permit holder, pulled his pistol and exchanged shots with the home invaders. It was caught on camera, and no one was hit. Ricci’s wife and child were in the house.
Three days later the LAPD finally responded and did what Ricci called a sloppy investigation. He berated the officers for their shoddy work, not even collecting evidence still in the yard. Ricci received a call from the LA County Sheriff’s Office informing him that his concealed carry permit had been revoked because he yelled at the LAPD Officers who “investigated” the home invasion.
The Sheriff Office person informed Ricci that he could re-apply for the permit. This leaves Ricci vulnerable in the meantime, which could be several months.
Washington is broken. 👈
Here at Convention of States we have a solution as big as the problem.
An Article V Convention of States is called and controlled by the states and has the power to PROPOSE constitutional amendments. 💥
These are our three simple talking points.
1. Limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government (including the president)
2. Limit the terms of office for federal officials
3. Limit the ability of Congress and the president to spend and waste our hard-earned money, via a Balanced Budget Amendment.
