“Every time temperature increased, we had an increase in carbon dioxide in the atmosphere some 650 to 1600 years later. So yes, there is a relationship between temperature and carbon dioxide. Every time the temperature rises, later, the carbon dioxide rises. It’s not the carbon dioxide causing the temperature rise.”
