Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV - 3 Step Battery Procedure Update

Here is the report on my car after it went in for the triple procedure. As most of you know I requested this in the correct order as reported by Andy on Ev Unplugged. Db Cam, Cell smoothing and BMU reset. There is some confusion in my mind as to what has actually been done on the car. On the work form for allocated work the only thing listed was a Service 'C' which I could not get any verification from them what that consisted of. I have not received any list of work done as of yet. I was told by Kyle that his tech reported to him that the procedures were done. Here is the result.
