CONFIRMED Jenna Ortega Left Scream BEFORE Melissa Berarra Was Fired

More information is coming out following Melissa Berarra being fired from the upcoming movie Scream 7. It was initially believed Jenna Ortega chose to leave the project after Melissa Berarra was fired, but insiders are saying Jenna Ortega left the project months prior.

The studio did sign Melissa Berarra prior to Jenna Ortega choosing to leave because they wanted to continue the sequel trilogy, they setup with the Carpenter sisters, but those plans went bust since Jenna Ortega chose to leave because of a monetary dispute. It’s possible the antisemitic excuse used to justify firing Melissa Berarra was just an excuse to avoid penalties in the contract because the studio didn’t want to continue the movie with only one member of the duo.
