The first bit of advice I give to all of my audience is to quit the poor 4 foods. Gluten is easily the biggest contributor to all types of nasty inflammation. If you want to become one of my clients, you need to quit eating gluten which is wheat, barley, rye, and oats.

I even add other grains such as quinoa and buckwheat to the list since they create similar inflammation in the body.
