Chasing Down A Drunk Driver Caught on Video Swiping Cars, Over 130MPH

In this video I pull footage from the window mount camera, showing me chasing down a heavily drunk driver that was all over the road putting people at risk.
Watch the video and make your own judgement, I stand by what I did, and would do the same again, some may not like that, others may agree. I'm just glad he didnt hurt anyone else.
