Edge Products CS2 Worthless Product or a Scam?

UPDATE!!!
Edge Products reached out and it’s currently getting an update I’ll do an update video should this work ASAP

So as part of the updates and mods to the Black Mamba Beast my 2019 Chevy Tahoe, I purchased this Edge Products CS2 Evolution Tuner, that supposedly would allow me to turn off the AFM active fuel management, and enable more performance minded tuning. At 4 Wheel Parts the installer they said they needed an update still as I'm taking delivery of the vehicle, but it was very simple I just needed to use the fusion updater software. See the video I do this.
Needless to say this product is worthless to me at this point, and I was being patient, but when you call me and say it's good to update and boom nothing happens and now I have to wait another 3 days to see if I can even get support? Nah I'm not cool with that.
