Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl - Becker's Easy Eats Season 5 Episode 15

Something light and appetizing, this dish is made with canned tuna in oil and is less greasy than fried rice. This can be enjoyed warm as a meal with vegetables; or enjoyed cold in a smaller portion as a side dish. Make this quick meal for your family this weekend!

Of course, feel free to make it as spicy as you wish by increasing the amount of chili sauce!

SPICY TUNA RICE BOWL

Ingredients:
1 can tuna in oil (7oz)
2 cups cooked rice
½ cup red bell pepper
¼ cup green banana pepper
¼ cup green onion
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tbsp hot chili sauce
Salt to taste
