Borderline Personality - Can you Be Friends With Your Ex After Breakup or Co-Parenting?

Can you be friends with most with Borderline Personality or a BPD Ex? I don't think so. A question I have gotten from many clients, recently, and over 30 years. People on the stream share that it didn't work out for them. It's also not helpful in co-parenting. Trying to be friends with an Ex with BPD will block your healing and recovery.
