Physical Appearance Does not Determine Your Value

Training for muscle gain is my favorite
activity in life. It is so much more than just training to
change your body. However, this comes with the
territory...I believe its extremely important to remember
to step back and remember that the way you physically
appear does not determine your value or self-worth as
a human - in a positive or negative way.

Being totally invested in the process of building your
body while also maintaining this perspective can be a
difficult balancing act. Losing working out for several
years afforded me the opportunity to see the value in
this. Your physical body can change from injuries, age,
life circumstances, etc. If you're into it like me, keep
striving to build yourself, while avoiding the trap of
getting to caught up in your appearance. AND
remember, your character as a person is far more
important.
