It is so important for men to know that there is hope and that it is not weak to hurt or to feel your feelings. Men are so devastated after a borderline or co-morbid BPD/NPD or Narcissistic Personality Disordered woman and often have no one to turn to in a world in which so many men just say, "Man up" Being a man, many have to learn in adulthood that it is okay to cry, to hurt, to get help and it is not weak or in any way a statement about your masculinity.
