Our observations - Tracy is on the mark. An organization(s) is rumbling around Lahaina and throwing a wet blanket over every family that has been in Lahaina for generations. Their passions for recovery are being quelched and the families are not saying why. This video serves as a marker of the questionable events happening in the background during the recovery of Lahaina.
