Transcending With Gary - The Process of Spiritual Awakening

Boy have I been feeling GREAT lately. Ever since I started this transcending with Gary series I have this inner joy I just can't explain. A connectivity with life, nature and all of the folks around me. This had my analytical mind searching to see if there is a documented process for spiritual awakening. And yes.
