Neighbors' roof damaged by hurricane

The neighbor's house is gradually being destroyed. After the hurricane, two holes appeared in the roof. The neighbors have left and will only arrive in the spring. Probably no one will do the roof until then. I wonder how much the roof will collapse by this time.

This is what our roof looks like. The red plastic is where there were holes. Our roof was also damaged. But a year ago. While I'm alive and haven't left, I'm repairing the roof :)
