Getting Back In Shape Without Pain Day 5 (Scapula)
Today’s session 5 and inside you will be working on the muscles around the Scapula, including strengthening the traps and serratus anterior while releasing the levator scapula, pec minor, and more.
The goal of this program is to focus on releasing the tight muscles and improving mobility vs just getting stronger. After we can get rid of the pain (or most of it), then we can transition into a shorter warmup and more emphasis on the workout itself. But for now, the focus is releasing the tight muscles.
