Surviving BPD Relationship Breakup CODA Relevant For Codependency Recovery?

There have been many who have studied and written about Codependent's Anonymous as not helpful for people with Codependency in the late 1980's and the decline of CODA in the late 1990's. The 12 Steps of CODA are the 12 Steps of AA and they are not a good mix and match for codependency at all. You don't need a layperson "sponsor" you need a skilled therapist.
