God is good all the time 975: Should we be 'SHOUTING' the message at the World?

This is just as it sounds. Should believers be shouting at non believers to deliver the message that Jesus came to share. There are ministries and movements that shout st the members so as to get them excited and also to get them to see that they are wrong when they do nothing. Is this really the way to prepare for giving the message to the world?
