We've been conditioned for negativity and it's burning us out! As humans, we used to run from lions, tigers and bears and it was a huge stressor. The good news (for our ancestors) is that it was short lived stress. The bad news (for us) is that we're now accustomed to everyday life stressors; physical and mental, and it never goes away.
Many people are turning to numbing mechanisms and blame in order to avoid their circumstances.
This leads to depression, anxiety and an F my life attitude.
I am who I am and it is what it is - is THE worst and most dangerous motto to live with.
Feeling stuck is a horrible way to feel, yet the stuckness comes because we don't know how to get out of our own way or circumstances.
Brian has learned and saved his own life by optimizing his mind, his thoughts and his approach to life.
