YUP ITS A MESS, CAR NOT PAID, BANK AND INSURANCE COMPANY LOOKING EXTRA STUPID. KEEPING IT?

If you have been following along, you know this has been a mess, my 2020 Dodge Challenger ScatPack was destroyed by the repair shop assigned by my insurance USAA.
It’s been 10 days since USAA has got the signed papers back on my 50k plus settlement on this car, and nope the car hasn’t been paid off. This is literally unbelievable.
My patience is at its end though, and come Monday we’re just going to turn it over and let the attorneys handle it all.
Something that should be simple and easy is going to end up costing all parties a bunch of legal fees when this should have been resolved days ago.
