Thousands of people will be gathering in downtown Lansing tonight to kicked off the holiday season at the 33rd annual Silver Bells in the City. Local students play a big role in the electric light parade, spreading holiday cheer through music. FOX 47's Mallory Anderson has more on what you can expect from these young musicians tonight.
