Scott Fox joins Something For Everybody this week. Scott is the founder of Champion Playbook, www.TheChampionPlaybook.com, a leading-edge means of helping athletes, coaches and others play and feel great. Scott’s services are well-received by the sport world because of his efficiency and effectiveness of solving mental health and sport performance at the same time. Scott has certifications and experience in clinically proven techniques for releasing trauma, anxiety, and enhancing performance including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Energy Psychology and Process Healing Method (MAP).
As a former baseball player from Brown University, experienced coach, and parent of high school and collegiate athletes, Scott brings a valuable perspective to his clients. Presently Scott works at the collegiate level with programs and individual athletes addressing mental health and performance for athletes and coaches.
Scott enjoys providing pro bono services to organizations including P.U.R.E., a collection of international practitioners serving the mental health needs of Ukrainian refugees. He resides in Alexandria, VA and services clients nationally with customized approaches, both in-person and virtually.
