Carvana Illegally Altering Plates, Nevada DMV Cracking Down?

In todays video I expose Carvana for operating illegally in the state of Nevada and altering temporary license plates in violation of Nevada and Georgia law.
I’m currently working with a member of local media and the state DMV. This should be interesting.
