Did you know that this simple mineral does so much for your child’s body? To make sure your child gets enough iron, offer them with iron-rich foods often- like lean meats, beans, fortified cereals, tofu, and dark leafy greens each day. Often times the only symptom of low iron in a child may be pale skin. It important to have regular checkups with your pediatrician to help monitor iron levels and address any potential deficiencies.
