Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are de facto becoming the army of the alliance.

"We are increasing our compatibility with NATO. We are becoming, to a large extent, the de facto army of NATO in terms of our technical capabilities, approaches and principles of army management ," Kuleba said during a press conference with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
