In todays video we talk about a dealer from the Chicago area that is clearly floating titles. I heard about a situation that @esorworld was dealing with.
Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram sold a Jeep to @esorworld without having the title. Now to most people you may not care, but this is illegal in Illinois, as of today no title has been issued and we’re passed 45 days.
