A MIRACLE- DAUGHTER ON HER MOTHER`S RELEASE FROM HAMAS CAPTIVITY LAST MONTH
Sharone Lifschitz says it was like a “miracle” when her 85-year-old mother was released by Hamas last month because she didn't know whether she was alive.
Ms Lifschitz's father is believed to still be in captivity. “She told us that our father was shot and that he was injured, and so my Mum was very pessimistic," Ms Lifschitz told Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan. "And so for the last month, we’ve just been really so pessimistic about the chance of somebody as old and frail and complicated medical needs to survive this ordeal.“Then about three or four days ago with the first women and children that came one of the hostages actually told us that she was with my father in the same space for several days.”
