Easy Protein Rich Quinoa Crockpot Recipe

Two simple ingredients- well three if you include the water.
10 FL Oz Mushroom stems and pieces.
3/4 C Quinoa
2 C Water
Heat up your crockpot
Add tin of mushrooms
When steaming add Quinoa
Gradually add water. The less water in your crockpot, the faster the Quinoa will cook.
Add salt and pepper to taste
This tastes very much like chicken soup.
