Out-of-body experiences enable us to see ourselves from a bird's eye view, and various other perspectives, giving us powerful insights. In this way, we become the "sacred observer," free to see without any judgement or expectations. Detaching from heavy emotions, we rise above suffering, experiencing the levity of who we truly are: pure love. With this exercise, the opportunity is to feel the resounding serenity that comes from being a light body. Looking through the lens of love, we see love everywhere you look.
