I-Team investigation into Waypoint Homes sparks national ABC investigation

The ABC Action News I-Team first reported last year how Waypoint Homes has a history of complaints about maintenance issues and difficulty getting them quickly resolved. As the company prepares to merge and more than double its rental inventory in Tampa Bay, ABC News and its affiliates have launched a national investigation into these issues.
