The minister for ICT and National Guidance Dr,Chris Baryomunsi has encouraged the lower local leaders in Kanungu district to preach unity and development rather than divisions which according to him will continue draining the district

Baryomunsi has made these remarks as he officiated over the launch of NRM YELLOW POWER association in Kinkiizi West constituency
