In this video, I will show you how I survived for seven days in the rainforest, with nothing but a backpack and a knife. I will share with you the challenges, the dangers, and the rewards of solo survival camping in one of the most biodiverse and beautiful places on earth.

You will see how I built a warm and comfortable shelter using natural materials, such as fallen trees, rocks, logs, and leaves. I will also show you how I made a clay fireplace to cook my food and keep me warm at night. You will learn how I found and identified edible mushrooms, fruits, and plants in the forest, and how I prepared them for eating. You will also witness how I dealt with a thunderstorm that threatened to destroy my shelter and flood my campsite.
