Mark Ward ( @markwardonwords ) asserts that the difficulties for vital understanding caused by the archaism of the King James Version are more important than the textual differences valued by KJV-only proponents. To evaluate his assertion, he conducted the King James Bible Study Project, a national phone survey of 100 pastors who preach and teach exclusively from the King James Bible that ran from November 2022 through April 2023.
