Bill C-58: An Act to amend the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act

In my role as Shadow Minister for Labour, I was privileged to rise in the House of Commons to speak to Bill C-58, today. This Liberal government, who once rejected the premise of this bill, is now championing it and rushing to table it because of their coalition with the NDP. We will continue to scrutinize the inconsistency in this Liberal position.
This was my first opportunity to speak in the House since my precious mother passed. She was the ultimate example of service, one of my greatest influences, biggest critics and dedicated champions. I'll make you proud Mama!
