Man who captured Ortonville shooting suspect 'I told him to get on the ground'

Captain Gary Miller of the Oakland County Sheriff's Office gave a press conference with details as to how the suspected apartment complex shooter was caught. Michael Quigley, 34, was taken into police custody after being found in a resident's car on Rattlesnake Lane in Ortonville.
