MUTTON WHITE KARAHI RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Mutton – 1 kg
Yoghurt – 1 Large Cup
Onion (Finely Chopped) – 3 Large
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
Green Capsicum – 1 Medium
Green Chillies – 7 to 8
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
White Pepper – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cinnamon – 1 Stick
Green Cardamom – 4
Cloves – 5 to 6
Karahi Gosht Masala – 1 tbsp
Cooking Cream – 2 tbsp
Mutton Stock – ½ Cup
Hot Water – as per Required
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – ½ Cup

Preparation Method :-

Take a big Casserole Pot add 1 Kg Chopped Mutton Pieces , add 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste & mix it , then add Hot water & further boil for 30 to 40 mins , then cover with lid and boil further for 5 mins on Medium flame , then uncover and remove the skim on the top of Water , then stir again , take out ½ Cup of Mutton Stock and keep aside. Cook till the meat is soft and tender, mutton stock is reduced .Take another pot add ½ Cup of Oil , add 3 Finely Chopped Large Onions chopped finely ,add all the spices, 1 tsp of Cumin seeds , 4 Green Cardamom , 5 to 6 Cloves and 1 Cinnamon Stick , add 1 Medium Size Chopped Green Capsicum , saute them till the Onion is Translucent and changes its colour , then add cooked Mutton Pieces , 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste, 7 to 8 Crushed Green Chillies , 1 tbsp of karahi Gosht Masala , 1 tsp of Coriander Powder ,1 tsp of Salt , 1 tsp of Black Pepper & 1 tsp of White Pepper, mix by stirring for a while then add 1 large bowl of Yoghurt , stir and cook 5 more mins till the Oil is Visible, add ½ cup of Mutton Stock, Cook till the Gravy is thickened , add 2 tbsp of Cooking Cream also (due to Camera error , it was not recorded ), then Garnish with Chopped Coriander leaves, chopped Green Chillies & Julian Cut Ginger.
