1 ½ cups Sugar 280 grams
2 large Eggs ~ 100 grams
2 teaspoons Vanilla ~8 grams
2 ¾ cup Flour 344 grams flour
1 ½ teaspoon Cream of Tartar
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
