Palestinian students shot: Jason Eaton IDed as suspected shooter in Burlington | LiveNOW from FOX

The Burlington Police Department said Jason Eaton, 48, was the man who shot three Palestinian students walking near the University of Vermont campus over the weekend.

Eaton appeared in court Monday, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges again him. He was ordered held without bond.

Investigators are working to determine whether this was hate crime.
