Mauricio Berber is an immigrant from Mexico who arrived in the US as a child in 1993. He is the President of three successful companies, Predictive Coach, RMJ Technologies and RMJ Investments LLC. He is also passionate about philanthropy and being involved with the community. In 2005 he founded the Sagrada Esperanza Project and expanded that passion in 2010 when he co-founded RMJ Humanities, a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships to underprivileged students. Mauricio believes he is a product of mentorship and paying it forward. He continues to seek how he can uncover the potential in others while serving as a mentor to several individuals. His journey in becoming a mentor began with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America in 2011.

Mauricio's breakthrough vehicle safety technology software, Predictive Coach has been disrupting the traditional method of training drivers in the fleet industry and achieving astonishing results by reducing risky driving behavior by up to 50%-70%. The Predictive Coach team is highly confident that its software will become synonymous with “driver safety,” resulting in saving countless lives for years to come.
