I'm copying this over from YouTube. It's an older video from The Great Recession that did really well, with about 24K views. I made this in 2011 to help people who were looking for leverage to stop a foreclosure. This is still my top performing video on YouTube. While I personally no longer think securitization arguments will stop a foreclosure, it's still great information. Many people are again facing tough financial decisions when it comes to home loans. I am sharing this DIY video in hopes that homeowners don't spend the money on a securitization audit when they can DIY, and also, because arguments related to securitization aren't the best ones when it comes to fighting the bank.
