Pressure canning pumpkin and squash is quite easy and can be done very cheaply in recycled jars with a few precautions. In this video, I cook the pumpkin, cut it into chunks, can the pumpkin, and begin the pressure cooking process. I also discuss the process itself and why each step is necessary.
