Guardian Angels patrolling Seminole Heights after fourth homicide

They don't carry guns and can't make an arrest, but volunteers with the Guardian Angels are standing up to a killer. "We're like an extra set of eyes and ears for the police department," said one member walking in Southeast Seminole Heights Tuesday night.
